The Charm Pods: Fall Jumpstart

Service Description

This 12-week pod provides intensive multisensory instruction in early literacy. Students receive guided, detail-oriented modeling to build accurate speech sound production without schwas, proper articulation, and foundational spelling rules. Over the course of 36 sessions, we target initial consonant sounds, letter-sound associations, and early orthographic mapping skills. Students also learn high-frequency “red words”—commonly used, irregularly spelled words—through multisensory strategies that promote long-term retention and automatic word recognition. This pod is designed for students who are struggling with core reading and speech skills. Not sure if it’s the right fit? Every student begins with the Charm Readiness Assessment to ensure proper placement and support. Note: Completion of this pod is required for all Charm students, regardless of prior experience. A strong foundation is essential before moving on to more advanced pods.
